On February 14, 2023, the Clay County Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance 2023-24, revising Section 16-64 of Article IV of Chapter 16 of the Clay County Code entitled Public School Impact Fees, amending subsections (a) as follows:
As such, the amount of the school impact fee shall be determined under the following schedules:
Year 1 (effective June 1, 2023-May 30, 2024)

The impact fee must be paid before the equipment check inspection and authorization for power to be turned on.
