NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Monday, March 10, 2022, at the Clay County Administration Building, fourth floor, Purchasing Department, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043 for the following:

BID NO. 21/22-21, MIDDLEBURG FUEL FILLING STATION UPGRADE

Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter, on Tuesday, March 11, 2022, in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B”, fourth floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Bids will not be valid unless received by the proposal deadline and in a sealed envelope marked “BID NO. 21/22-21, MIDDLEBURG FUEL FILLING STATION UPGRADE”.  Envelopes are to be submitted in person or delivered by courier to the above address. 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the 4003 Everett Ave., Middleburg, FL  32068 on February 8, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.

Proposals require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County.
