NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN sealed bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, March 02, 2023, for the following:
RFP NO. 22/23–24, Solid Waste Transfer Stations - Operation, Transport, and Disposal
Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter, on Friday, March 03, 2023 in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B”, Fourth Floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida and through the County’s electronic bidding system as well. Bids will not be valid unless received by the bid deadline.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Rosemary Hill Landfill, 3545 Rosemary Hill Road 825 North Orange Ave Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043, on February 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
In order to submit a response to this solicitation the respondent must be registered on Clay County’s Public Portal.
