NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN sealed bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, March 23, 2023, for the following:
RFB NO. 22/23–26, DEMOLITION, REMOVAL, AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR THE CDBG-DR VOLUNTARY HOME BUYOUT PROGRAM
This is a Federally Funded Project under Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter, on Friday, March 24, 2023 in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B”, Fourth Floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida and through the County’s electronic bidding system as well. Bids will not be valid unless received by the bid deadline.
Mandatory site visits for all locations are scheduled for March 6-7, 2023. The first site visit will be at 9:00 a.m. on March 06, 2023 at 3781 Forest Drive, Middleburg, Florida 32068. From there, potential bidders will be required to follow to the remaining locations.
Proposals require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County.
In order to submit a response to this solicitation the respondent must be registered on Clay County’s Public Portal.
