Please join Clay County Commissioners, county leaders, local lawmakers, and project engineers as they break ground for the new First Coast Expressway Connector Road, Cathedral Oak Parkway. This new 3.3-mile, two-lane roadway will connect the First Coast Expressway to the intersection of County Road 315 and Maryland Avenue. It will include a grass median, bike lanes, and sidewalks, and is expected to be completed in 2025. This construction is part of several major road projects aimed to improve safety and traffic flow throughout Clay County ahead of the completion of the First Coast Expressway.
