The Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hearing is set for December 7, 2023, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs. The public can attend.

Notice is hereby given, that any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at the meeting or hearing that is the subject of this notice, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
