The County is considering zoning regulations related to public and private airports, aircraft, and adjacent land uses. County Planning staff is holding a workshop to provide more information. While this workshop is intended for the owners and operators of local airports, the public is invited to attend as well. 

A draft copy of the proposed regulation will be provided at the workshop. If you would like a copy emailed to you before the meeting, please send a request to Dodie.Selig@claycountygov.com.

Please Note: Although members of the Planning Commission and/or Board of County Commissioners may attend the workshop, no action or decision regarding the regulation will occur at the workshop. Information provided during the workshop will be considered when drafting the final version of the proposed regulation that will be submitted to the Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners for action in the near future.
