NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN sealed bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, March 07, 2024, for the following: RFB No. 23/24-045, Onsite Concrete and Asphalt Milling Crushing Services

Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter, on Friday, March 08, 2024 in the Clay County Administration Building, Conference Room “B”, Fourth Floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida and through the County’s electronic bidding system as well. Bids will not be valid unless received by the bid deadline.

Mandatory site visits for Knowles Pit, Masters Pit and Sleepy Hollow Pit are scheduled for February 26, 2024. The first site visit will be at 9:00 AM at Knowles Pit, 3809 Knowles Pit Road, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. From there, potential bidders will be required to follow to the remaining sites.

Proposals require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County.
