A public hearing to obtain final comments and adopt the Annual Action Plan will occur on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the Clay County Administration Building located at 477 Houston St., 4th Floor, Green Cove Springs. The hearing will commence at 5:00 PM or as soon after that.
