Florida may be the Sunshine State, but Floridians are no strangers to emergency preparedness. Being ready for disasters can make all the difference.

Clay County’s Tourism Department will reach out to all registered vacation/short-term rentals when an evacuation order is issued anywhere in Florida.  If our community is in the storm’s path, we want to ensure you’ve communicated with your guests and are following the Clay County Emergency Management information.  If our community is not in the storm’s path, we may be in a location that storm evacuees find convenient and may be looking for overnight accommodations. We want to know what you’re experiencing: bookings or cancellations.
