If you'd prefer to complete the additional cart process in person, you may fill out the form and pay with cash or check at any of our Clay County Libraries. You may also electronically fill out this downloadable form, print it, and take it with you to the above locations to pay in person. Please note, the in-person method will add additional days to your processing time.

What are the fees?

One-Time Lease Fee: The County lease fee is $66 for a 95-gallon garbage cart and $61 for a 65-gallon cart.

*All charges include the credit card processing fee. If you do not agree to pay the credit card processing fee, you can make your payment in person using cash or check at any of our Clay County Libraries. This will add additional days to your processing time.

Collection Service Fee: FCC Environmental Services will charge you a separate quarterly collection service fee of $15.33. 

After the application is completed, and you paid the lease fee, FCC Environmental Services staff will email you with your login and account setup information to pay the separate quarterly fee. Crews will deliver your new cart after you pay the lease fee. Please allow up to several weeks for the cart's delivery.

What if I don’t want the additional cart service any longer? 

You may lease the garbage cart for as long as you wish to pay for the service. Please contact FCC Environmental Services at 904-490-9996 to end the service. If you wish to have the service again, you will have to reestablish the service, including all fees. 

When will I get my additional garbage cart? 

Please allow crews up to several weeks to deliver your cart.
