All complete building permit applications for new construction submitted on or after June 1, 2024, will be subject to new Clay County’s Comprehensive Impact Fees as well as Mobility Fees and School Impact Fees, as applicable. These new impact fees will consist of the following categories:

• Government Jails & Constitutional Facilities

• Fire & Rescue Facilities

• Law Enforcement Facilities

• Community Parks

• Regional Park Facilities

• Libraries and Cultural Services
