From time to time Clay County residents or property owners may need written confirmation of the zoning and land use. If a resident requires a formal written notice they will need to provide the following:

1. A letter requesting the zoning information.

2. Real Estate Number also known as the tax parcel ID number.

3. Address of the parcel if available.

4. To whom the letter needs to be addressed and their contact information.

5. $65.00 fee.
